DC BLOX Welcomes John Dumler as Vice President of Data Center Design & Engineering

Dumler P.E. has joined DC BLOX effective August 16, 2021, serving as Vice President of Data Center Design and Engineering. John reports directly to Mark Masi, EVP of Development, Engineering and Construction. Together, Mark and John will oversee and manage the design and engineering of all DC BLOX data center facilities, each leveraging extensive experience in construction, commissioning, operations, and sustainability.

Dumler fortifies DC BLOX’s data center engineering team, enabling the company to continue to build, own and operate multi-tenant data centers in smaller growing cities across the Southeast. As the Vice President of Data Center Design and Engineering, Dumler is responsible to ensure all of DC BLOX facilities are engineered with state-of-the-art designs and technologies to support world-class reliability and efficiency for digital infrastructure solutions. With increasing requirements for edge computing, business continuity, and environmentally friendly power usage, efficient data center design is critical to enterprise digital transformation.

With more than 20 years of experience in engineering, software development and innovation, Dumler has designed data centers as both a buyer and seller. His experience offers clients, tenants, and internal stakeholders exceptional opportunities to drive energy efficiency in data center deployments.

Stream Data Centers Appoints Tejo Pydipati, SVP Design & Construction

DALLAS, TX (July, 7 2021) —  Stream Data Centers, an industry leader in delivering exceptional data center experiences to global enterprises, is proud to announce the addition of Tejo Pydipati to its leadership team. Prior to joining Stream, Pydipati spent the past eight years at DPR as a technical builder, directing teams across an array of data center developments, including both new builds and facility upgrades for global enterprise, service provider and hyperscale end-users.  Pydipati holds a Master’s in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Stanford University, as well as a Bachelor’s in Architecture from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkey.

Stream is also expanding its footprint in Chicago, IL, with a second data center in Elk Grove Village: Chicago II. The 32 MW data center campus will be ready for early occupancy in Q4 2021.
