Patrinely Group Appoints Nic Bustamante As Senior Vice President Development


HOUSTON, TX, February 2021 — Patrinely Group, a national real estate development, management, and investment firm, announced that Nic Bustamante would be joining the senior leadership team as the company’s SVP Development. Patrinely Group has completed $10 billion in transactions since 1983 and has established a strong, respected foundation, which it is leveraging to propel the company’s growth and offerings to now include data center development in major markets.

Nic joins Patrinely Group from Apple, where he has spent 6 years as the company’s Head of Global Infrastructure Strategy, Research, and Development, however, his experience in the industry dates back to the first data center boom in the early 2000’s where he led teams managing data center projects for Qwest and UUNET.

Nic possesses a remarkable awareness of the whole of the competitive commercial market from a product, price, location, and participant viability standpoint, which comes from not only his experience with Apple, but also from his perspectives gained while working at Rackspace, Microsoft, and early years. His 20 years of experience will allow him to successfully manage his responsibilities at Patrinely Group as the SVP Development including program and construction management, build-to-suit support, process and project improvement, procurement, and more.

Brittany joins STACK from Equinix, serving as their Sr. Global Account Manager, responsible for global negotiations and strategic partnerships for the company’s largest cloud and hyperscale clients. She brings with her 25 years as a top-performing strategic negotiator in the data center and telecom infrastructure sector, with a focus on serving complex cloud and content providers and F500 enterprise customers.

Brittany joins STACK coming off of 4 years of extreme growth with Equinix. In perfect alignment with STACK’s current initiative of scaling their business, STACK’s next chapter also includes numerous expansion projects in new major US markets, as well as, enriching the depth of relationships with blue-chip clients and enriching its relationships with top prospective clients, which Brittany is prepared to own. T5 Data Centers Appoints Peter Almond As Its New Chief Financial Officer

He comes to T5 after spending more than 20 years in investment banking raising capital for private-equity backed and corporate clients. He served as a Managing Director in Leveraged Finance most recently for SunTrust Robinson Humphrey and previously for Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
