DC BLOX names Michael Clark as Senior Vice President Data Center Construction

CFS Partners LLC is pleased to announce the appointment of Michael Clark with DC BLOX as Senior Vice President Data Center Construction. In this role, Mr. Clark will guide the capital planning and construction of DC BLOX’s growing presence of data center campuses and facilities to accommodate hyperscale and multi-tenant colocation capacity demands. Mr. Clark brings a unique combination of knowledge and expertise from tenures with data center operator/owners, construction management, and within a hyperscale organization. He has broad experience across the development continuum from capital planning, site selection, design, engineering, commissioning, and through to construction management and turnover to operations. He is an expert in project management, procurement, delivery, start up and commissioning while maintain safety, proper scheduling, quality, and low costs.

Harvey Cleary names Michael Silla as Senior Vice President Mission Critical Practice Leader

CFS Partners LLC is pleased to announce the appointment of Michael Silla with Harvey Cleary Builders as Senior Vice President & Mission Critical Practice Leader. In this role, Mr. Silla is responsible for the development of a Mission Critical Practice to include the authorship and execution of best practices for data center construction management.
Mr. Silla comes into this position with over 15 years of experience in the critical infrastructure industry with diversified roles in private equity, colocation, cloud, enterprise, and hyperscale.

Mr. Silla most recently was the Senior Vice President, Design & Construction for Flexential. In his time there, Mr. Silla aligned the design and construction teams to effectively support Flexential’s change in organizational strategy accommodating wholesale colocation as part of the growth model. Mr. Silla’s scope included leading the Colocation Data Center Delivery Organization responsible for management systems, capital management, design, engineering, construction, and delivery. Prior to Flexential, Mr. Silla was Senior Vice President of Skanska’s Mission Critical Center of Excellence. In addition to leading one of the world’s leading data center construction management programs, Mr. Silla also consulted with Private Equity and other Infrastructure Investment sponsors on strategy, due diligence, and capital planning as they evaluated the digital infrastructure market.

CleanArc Data Centers names Lindsey Bruner as Chief Operating Officer

CFS Partners LLC is pleased to announce the appointment of Lindsey Bruner with CleanArc Data Centers as Chief Operating Officer. In this role, Ms. Bruner will oversee internal operations, implement business strategies, and lead project development for both data centers and renewable energy. Ms. Bruner is well-established in the data center industry with over 20 years of experience in the legal, operational, and renewable energy aspects of the industry.

Ms. Bruner noted, “Increasingly, hyperscalers are demanding power structures that approach zero carbon at every hour of the day. IPI Partners names Gavin Flynn as Director, Development Optimization

CFS Partners LLC is pleased to announce the appointment of Gavin Flynn at IPI as Director, Development Optimization. In this role, Mr. Flynn oversees the development of IPI’s strategic data center real estate investments, capital planning for expansion, and asset optimization performance relative to IPI’s fund and return thesis.

In his previous position, Mr. Flynn oversaw Linesight’s business operations for the Americas Central Region where he led a team of over 40 professionals to represent and support global hyperscale client development program’s financial and contractual controls. Mr. Flynn was accountable for new business development, revenue target achievement, client and business management, operational execution, and strategic growth initiatives. Mr. Flynn has a broad array of knowledge in the data center industry with a unique combination of experiences across business development, operational, legal, financial, and risk at scale.

CFS Partners had the privilege to represent IPI Partners in the search for a Director, Development Optimization. As IPI Partners’ portfolio of digital infrastructure companies and investments grow, they required a central point of knowledge and controls to measure and manage performance, success, and variances.
