All West Communications names Sheelah Jones as Vice President of Marketing – FTTH
CFS Partners LLC is pleased to announce the appointment of Sheelah Jones as Vice President of Marketing with All West Communications, a NovaCap portfolio company. In this role, Ms. Jones will be developing and executing strategies to grow All West Communications’ general market presence and more specifically, ensure customer and revenue acquisition for their FTTH initiative. Ms. Jones is an experienced telecom marketing leader working in strategic marketing, campaign creation, brand management, and graphic design.
Ms. Jones shared, “In my new role, I will be leading the marketing team and developing strategies to drive growth and expand the market presence for All West Communications. I'm excited to be part of a team that is committed to delivering high-quality, fast, and reliable internet services.” Ms. Jones is well versed in the telecom industry with over 15 years’ experience developing marketing plans that increase sales and brand awareness that align with the company’s go-to-market strategy and vision. Most recently, Ms. Jones was the Marketing Manager at Ting Internet where she developed and implemented integrated marketing campaigns that increased the customer base by over 20-fold. CFS Partners had the privilege to represent All West Communications in the search for a Vice President of Marketing – FTTH. CFS had previously represented Horizon Telcom, another NovaCap telecom
portfolio company, for a similar position. Both organizations embarked on an FTTH strategy in alignment with NovaCap’s investment thesis. The FTTH go-to-market requires a B2C presence which is different than the traditional B@B customer acquisition approach. FTTH requires command of multiple media mediums, the design of campaigns to reach specific target audiences, and in many cases, an old fashioned, ground level, guerrilla marketing approach. The VP Marketing FTTH also requires the business
and financial acumen to plan and manage the key performance metrics of customer acquisition
campaigns and translate them into actionable plans to adjust and/or expand efforts.
