Patrinely Group Appoints Nic Bustamante As Senior Vice President Development
HOUSTON, TX, February 2021 — Patrinely Group, a national real estate development, management, and investment firm, announced that Nic Bustamante would be joining the senior leadership team as the company’s SVP Development. Patrinely Group has completed $10 billion in transactions since 1983 and has established a strong, respected foundation, which it is leveraging to propel the company’s growth and offerings to now include data center development in major markets.
Nic joins Patrinely Group from Apple, where he has spent 6 years as the company’s Head of Global Infrastructure Strategy, Research, and Development, however, his experience in the industry dates back to the first data center boom in the early 2000’s where he led teams managing data center projects for Qwest and UUNET.
Nic possesses a remarkable awareness of the whole of the competitive commercial market from a product, price, location, and participant viability standpoint, which comes from not only his experience with Apple, but also from his perspectives gained while working at Rackspace, Microsoft, and early years. His 20 years of experience will allow him to successfully manage his responsibilities at Patrinely Group as the SVP Development including program and construction management, build-to-suit support, process and project improvement, procurement, and more.
