Rowan Names Kevin Mammel as Chief Financial Officer
CFS Partners LLC is pleased to announce the appointment of Kevin Mammel as Chief Financial Officer at Rowan. In this role, Mr. Mammel will proactively advocate for, create, and protect stakeholder equity value through the proficient management and supervision of all financial and risk management. Mr. Mammel is a veteran in the digital infrastructure market to include fiber, network, software, and data center business growth and transformation.
Mr. Mammel brings to Rowan more than 25 years financial experience and knowledge in high growth companies to include Zayo since 2015 which has experienced prolific M&A, corporate reorganizations, integrations, and optimization. Kevin has led a myriad of initiatives during this time to include the definitions of new finance organizations internally to optimize people, process, and procedures to overperform under dramatic growth and change. Most recently, Mr. Mammel was the Chief Financial Officer, Zayo Networks Reporting Segment.
CFS Partners had the privilege to represent Rowan in the search for a Chief Financial Officer. Rowan is in its formative growth stage as it matures its clean energy transition powered land business proposition to hyperscale customers. This model has met with dramatic success requiring a strategic executive leader to define the financial organization, conduct extensive project finance transactions, and manage capital relationships in preparation to lead through a process.
