CFS Partners had the privilege to represent Rowan Digital infrastructure in the search for a Chief data Center Officer. The search started as a Chief Development Officer search which required evaluation of candidates with expertise developing data center infrastructure as well as those who successfully developed their own operating organization. Dan was uniquely qualified in both interpretations. Rowan required an accomplished organizational leader with deep data center subject matter expertise who could lead teams to correlate progressive client requirements to technical delivery solutions.
