We are privileged to announce our successful partnership with FiberNow, previously OpticalTel, resulted in the hire of Dexter Cartwright as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Cartwright will lead the financial strategy of FiberNow’s growth-oriented future. As a Digital Bridge portfolio company, FiberNow’s wholesale business is positioned for significant growth and scale. Mr. Cartwright’s 20+ years’ experience across a breadth of investment backed telecommunications companies in S FL and the Caribbean will position FiberNow for value creation. He was most recently Chief Financial & Strategy Officer at South Reach Networks, a long-haul and metro dark and managed fiber optic infrastructure provider, where he led their capital raise, M&A, and recent process.
CFS Partners was engaged to find an experienced telecommunications CFO with demonstrated success leading a sponsor backed fiber provider through a chapter of growth and operational efficiency to successful exit. CFS focused the search on wholesale providers in South Florida so as to avoid relocation proposition and facilitate daily immersion with FiberNow’s SLT and Digital Bridge’s team as they fulfill their growth and scale charter.
