ANDY LANE
Managing Partner
Andy started CFS Partners in 2006 after 25 years in retained executive search supporting organizations of all sizes, in both product and service based business, on an international basis. Andy represents boards, private equity groups, and CEOs in a wide range of organizations, from entrepreneurial start-ups to multinational, publicly held companies, as they work to acquire talent to increase business valuations.
Andy started his career as Research Director for a boutique executive search firm in Chicago focused in plastics and chemicals. 700+ searches later, each search begins with a distinct research thesis specific to each client and requirement. Since 2007, Andy’s practice focuses exclusively on representing organizations that finance, design, construct, develop, own, and operate the world’s digital infrastructure along with the myriad of services that sit on top.
CFS Partners has grown to trusted advisor and partner status with privileged relationships across the markets they serves. Andy is an active participant in the market, recognized as a speaker, writer, and sponsor of industry events including CommonLinks, IMN, 7×24 Exchange, Mission Critical Magazine, Caprate, and DataCenter Dynamics. Andy is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison with degrees in Psychology and Economics. He is married and proud father of a US Coast Guard Academy Graduate, an entrepreneur / cinematographer, and US Naval Academy attendee.
KIM FORSYTH
VP of Projects
Kim fulfills the critical role of VP of Projects and also oversees the functionality and organization of CFS Partner’s extensive TRM. She manages all coordination between client company teams and candidates and performs numerous administrative tasks to support the company’s search mandates and overall workflows. Kim brings over 20 years of administrative experience in a variety of capacities to the team. Her adaptability and eagerness to learn enables her to efficiently and successfully contribute to our ever-changing business.
Kim resides in the beautiful mountains of Tennessee and is happily married. She is the proud mother of a US Coast Guardsman, a cardiac sonographer, and an ambitious college student.
