SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT SALES, AMERICAS
STACK’s Senior Vice President Sales, Americas (SVPSA) will report to Ty Miller, Chief Commerical Officer and will author and execute STACK’s go-to-market strategy to achieve total revenue plans. This requires an accomplished, hyperscale sales leader with demonstrated history of successfully leading teams to effectively navigate complex Hyperscale and Cloud Platform customer leasing and Build-To-Suit (BTS) requirements.
The SVPSA will target significant influencers and decision makers to make them aware of STACK’s capabilities to provide hyperscale campuses, build-to-suit data centers, colocation capacity, private data halls, and powered shell options. STACK’s commitment and partnership approach provides a significant competitive advantage in solving holistic and complex demands for highly reliable and resilient critical infrastructure.
The SVPSA will guide STACK to achieve significant revenue objectives along with the extended leadership team in building a thought leading, progressive, world class business. The SVPSA is expected to instill an environment of positive innovation and possibilities for STACK and their customers. STACK’s entrepreneurial, fast-paced culturerequires a servant leader to create a world class, customer first, sales and customer service organization.

Data Center Revenue Leadership – A revenue-oriented executive with demonstrated success building and managing overachieving teams. A talent magnet to the organization. Sophistication in their approach to the art of the deal. Chess not checkers.
Go to Market – History of partnering in the authorship of a go-to-market strategy which was subsequentlyimplemented, executed on, and resulted in measurable corporate value creation.
Financial Acumen in an Invested Environment – A high data center economics acumen to creatively model solutions, identify customer’s influencers levers, and execute when the time is right. Understands the financial stake with prospects, customers, and internal stakeholders.
Growth – Effective leadership, conviction, and courageous decision making at scale in a high growth environment requires a unique blend of humility, conviction, and courage.
Hyperscale / Cloud Immersion – Relishes immersion in hyperscale / cloud ecosystem with demonstrated history of sophisticated deal engagements. Credibility in collaborating with executive leadership teams to think strategically and establish clear priorities for mutual success.
Solutions Orientation – Fundamental understanding of consultative, solutions sales process for a new era of colocation and BTS solutions. STACK will redefine traditional cost, growth, and margin models to change OPEX vs CAPEX, ROI, & TCO propositions.
Sustainability – The SVPSA will be STACK ambassador leading achievements of reliable, low cost, and zero carbon to ensure hyperscale / cloud companies achieve their ESG goals.

COMPENSATION
The compensation package will be determined relative to the final candidate’s current circumstance and specific requirements. The package is expected to include a competitive base salary, annual performance compensation, health benefits, and long-term incentive compensation in the form of equity.
SEARCH PROCESS
Following a thorough exchange of information relating to company information, resume, and key qualifying criteria, CFS Partners anticipates recommending a short list of candidates to Ty Miller, Chief Commercial Officer, by the end of February. Finalists will meet with Brian Cox, CEO, and other members of STACK’s senior leadership team and select members of IPI Data Center Partners. The selected finalist will be presented with a compelling and competitive offer contingent on background check and thorough references.
